What will be deleted?
When your request is verified, NexKool will delete your account and associated personal data, including profile information and app-related account data.
What may be retained?
Some data may be retained where required by law, school administration obligations, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
Processing time
We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
